"Really nice hotel in great location. Stayed for a couple of nights with my husband and two daughters. We all really liked the hotel and made use of the gym and swimming pool. Great for families. Very clean, polite and friendly staff and all a short walk into Bournemouth centre. Also excellent breakfast. "

Attach Drinks and Beverages Menu to Room Service Menu. Advise the Restaurant Breakfast Chef. To use a Egg Omlette Recipe. Etc; Because 2 fried eggs stuck together is NOT an Omlette. 3. STOP Over-Pricing basic Brand Bottles of Wine. 4. A Concierge does not have the role of a Hotel Manager!? Re.Complaints. Etc. 5. "Location good, unless difficulty walking as it’s quite a steep walk from the town/beach back. Small payable car park. Although the rooms have more up to date furniture the rooms and buildings are looking quite tired and in need of decorating. The pool area is small so can get very busy. "
