Get set to relax with our Cleaning fee which includes beds made up for you on arrival with quality hired linen and towels for all booked guests. We'll manage the departure clean** and the dirty linen too so you can holiday until the last moment!

This classic kiwi bach offers open plan living with 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 7. This charming bach has kitchen facilities and games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Cook a feast on the BBQ and lounge on the outdoor furniture in the private, sunny garden. This is a great place to bring your children and the family dog (pet fees apply).

With the local Store, where you can enjoy refreshments and a yummy ice-cream and coffee, within a minutes’ walk away, Kiwi Classic is perfectly located for you to enjoy the best the Tutukaka Coast has to offer.

Guests have full access to the home and outdoor area.

Holiday Stays will contact you by email prior to your booking. We are also available by phone and are are locally based for any questions or issues you may have during your stay.

A pet fee of $65.00 per pet is payable and is non refundable.
Please be honest and advise of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking. Any undisclosed pets could result in guests being asked to leave.

The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked.  Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking.
If you require any additional linen changes during your stay then this will incur extra costs as per our terms and conditions.

Prior to arrival we will email you the Directions and key location for the property you have booked will be provided to you within 7 days prior to your arrival.

After your departure the Holiday Manager will inspect the property to make sure it was left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, and that there was no damage to any items or the property itself.

No outdoor fires.

No vaping or smoking inside please.

Pets are welcome, but please let us know as Pet fees apply.
We do ask that pets are kept off the furniture - dogs are washed and dried before coming inside the home and that you pick up after your pet. Thank you!
