"Host Pierre was very obliging. Helpful and discreet, Showed us around the area and introduced us to a supper restaurant. The outside kitchen and dining area were perfect for an early spring break. We were able to bbq and eat outside a few times."

"Das Haus war genau so schön wie in der Annonce beschrieben. Alles ist sehr landestypisch eingerichtet und trotzdem modern und geschmackvoll renoviert. Der Garten ist pflegeleicht aber wunderbar angelegt, dazu ein herrlicher Poolbereich. Das kristallklare Meer und ein schöner Strand, blauer Himmel und warmes Wetter ließen uns einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen. Die Villa ist zudem ruhig gelegen und bietet so gut wie keinem Nachbarn Einblicke auf das Grundstück. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen...

"Das Ferienhaus entsprach im Großen und Ganzen den Erwartungen. Die Lage war für uns sehr passend. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sofort auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch optimiert werden, da diese in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir kommen gern wieder."

"We arrived to a warm welcome from Josep and Clara. The house was well prepared and every bedroom comfortable and every bedroom had quiet aircon or a big fan. Great to have a large dishwasher and well equipped kitchen. Most of all, the large terrace which comfortably seated 14 and the swimming pool were the focal points for our stay. Thanks to Josep for being a wonderful host ( and to his son for sorting out our parking ticket)! Highly recommended and we hope visit again."

"We previously visited L'Escala five times twenty years ago. Our adult children had vague memories of those vacations so we decided to revisit. The villa and location were perfect, the best equipped villa we have stayed in and a five minute walk to the 4 outstanding restaurants in the beautiful Sant Marti. "The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."
