"This lovely apartment is clean, recently renovated, fairly priced, and very well located in the center of Barrí Vell (old town) Girona. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are all nearby. "First of all, I have to say one night in Olot is not long enough, but Lia and Enric were fantastic hosts and made sure we made the most of our short visit. "La résidence était très agréable et à taille humaine. Bon entretien extérieur et piscine propre. Le logement en lui même est un peu ancien et sommaire. Le mobilier est à revoir et la cuisine pas très pratique. Pas de wifi et 4g compliquée. Et pas de Clim et juste 1 ventilateur mobile à se partager. La situation est idéal pour le calme et plage de galets juste en bas. Par contre un peu de marche pour aller à Riells ou Montgo (15 min à pieds). De très bonnes vacances !"

"Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cet appartement. Résidence très agréable. L’appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. S’il y avait un point négatif ça serait la salle de bain qui mériterait d’être modernisée. Les points positifs sont entre autres, le balcon avec vue sur la mer, la piscine, la place de parking et l’accueil et les conseils de Mr Germain !"

"David's place was a wonderful base for exploring Girona for the first time! There is really no need for a car, as you are right in the heart of Old Town. So lovely to plan the day while looking out at the birds and the river, to see a festival band pass by in the street below from the back balcony, or watch the lights on the bridges at night. (If you are renting bikes, there are stairs to carry them up – but the location could not be better and is worth it as long as the bikes are light enough...
