"The check-in was very efficient. Alain and all the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. We stayed as a family (two adults and two teens) and the room was just the right size. The bed and pullout couch for our teens were comfortable. A special acknowledgment for Elisa, one of the cleaning staff, who helped us find a way to San Remo when the trains weren’t working well. 😎 The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old city with restaurants and shopping. "we enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was of great quality and very tasty and the location of the hotel was perfect. No direct parking space for our rental car though, but there is a possibility of a public garage in walking distance."
