"Had a suite. Room was very clean. Maine complaint was placement of television in room. Was at an angle to the beds. Either the beds needs to be moved or the TV needs to be moved. Grounds outside of hotel were well maintained . Some Crape myrtles were in bloom and were looking good on the periphery of the foundation. Staff were good. Breakfast was served until 10:00AM not 12:00 pm as on the hotels.com website but was very good. Parking seemed safe . Could get rid of the 10.00 fee for the parking but the room rate was very reasonable. Google maps does a crumby job of finding the hotel. Brought me to a office parking lot twice before I accidentily found the place getting a cup of coffee at the Whole Foods. You will need to drive along side of Whole Foods and go by a Hyatt hotel to find the building."

"they had a great breakfast and they switched it up each day. I loved the brand of yogurt (I can't remember it right now), but it was pretty all natural. The evening crew was very helpful and very nice. The morning guy was not very friendly and not very accommodating. Overall, it was fairly clean, a little outdated, but no big deal. But the shower pressure was terrible. There was just a trickle and it really was annoying to take a shower lol"

"The room was excellent and the facilities were absolutely fantastic. Check in was perfect. The woman who checked me in was efficient and friendly. Those all deserve 5 stars. Check out was, however, bad. I went to check out in the morning and there was absolutely nobody at the front desk. It was clear that someone had been there, as there was paperwork and an open bottle of water sitting on the counter. I waited quite some time before someone (Kenny) showed up. Then someone in a suit (perhaps a security guard?) also seemed to show up at the same time. If a hotel says that they are open 24 hours, somebody should be at the front desk at all times, or there should be a bell at the front desk to make sure that staff are alerted to when someone is waiting at the front desk. Alternatively there should be a way to securely leave keys (maybe a locked drop box) for a secure ending experience. Because of this delay I was delayed in getting to the airport, and that caused unnecessary extra stress. I still highly recommend the hotel - for its cleanliness, convenience and value. However, alternative practices are needed by the hotel in the morning hours."
