The apartment consists of a private entrance, a small living room with a sofa which leads to the independent kitchen with a table for lunch and dinner and Tv.

The double bedroom is large, comfortable and bright with a large wardrobe.

The room for children consists of a bunk bed and a cot for the little ones, with the possibility of adding a cot. There is a small bookcase and a desk for games and drawings.

The bathroom consisting of shower, toilet, phone, towels and everything needed for the living room.

The outdoor courtyard is equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor lunches / dinners, games for children, bikes and even a riding stable.

At the property you can enjoy various sports such as horse riding, trekking in the woods to discover the mines, archery, cycling .
the rich Maremma offers us the possibility to collect mushrooms, asparagus blackberries and much more .
in the structure there is a playground for children and adjacent there is a restaurant / bar for snacks and lunches or dinners.
The place is ideal for holidays immersed in nature, to do the full relaxation and to practice sports on the spot such as horse riding, archery, trekking on foot for mines with guide on site, trekking by bike and there is also the possibility to power your dog to practice a bit of dog education. Every year the riding campus with environmental education and dog training is organized for seven weeks for boys and girls aged 7 to 17 in collaboration with the equestrian association La natura a cavallo. Animals are always welcome.
