"This stay has been the highlight of our trip! Valentina and family were so kind and welcoming. I must admit that the only frustration we had was the transportation to and from the property as it was at least 50 euro every time we wanted to come or go. It is not possible to walk to Sorrento and it is at the top of a winding steep road with switchbacks. The taxi drivers are crooks and would quote you one thing and charge you more. There is a bus that will get you to the bottom of the hill but you still would have to hike up and down the steep hill with all of your stuff which would be very difficult. It would be good if the property offered a one time shuttle into and back from Sorrento daily as the extra 100 euro a day was not anticipated. We had dinner at the property twice which was amazing and breakfast was delicious as well. The beds and pillows were not comfortable but we are used to softer beds and pillows. The scenery was possibly the most beautiful we have seen out of all of the places we have stayed in Europe and is such a hidden gem. "

"We had a wonderful stay here, from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff were wonderful: friendly greetings whenever we passed by, efficient with any request. Parking was available; free and easy (we requested prior to arriving). The room was lovely; the view spectacular (overlooking the island of Capri, and Sorrento. There was significant road noise from our balcony, but it was not noticeable with the glass doors closed. The bed was comfortable, and temperature controls were easily managed. The bathroom was roomy, with a larger shower than we typically had in other locations in Italy. Rooftop bar at the pool was relaxing to enjoy at the end of a day touring the area, as was the spa pool below it. The restaurant was amazing as well; wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was included each morning, with a wide selection of beverages and both Italian and American style food choices. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!"

"Best hotel i could book for 6 days of travelling Sorrento and the area. The crew is so thoughtful and helping, they helped us with recommendations for nearby activities. Also, I celebrated my birthday and they helped my boyfriend to surprise me with a flowers bouquet. Highly recommended. Best VFM and the area itself of Massa Lubrense is beautiful and peaceful, full with classic delicious Italian restaurants. Would definitely love to go back there! "

"This is a beautiful property located about 20 mins drive from Sorrento. We lived at their charming old Sorrentine villa, which is a short walk away from the main building. It is quiet , spacious and have balconies overlooking the town below and the bay . You can enjoy the view of Mt Vesuvius across the bay , from the rooftop too.. Every single person working at the hotel - the reception desk , restaurants , Giovanni - our pick up driver and the lady at the bar - every one greets you with a smile on their face. The deck behind the bar, is a great place to enjoy the view with a glass of Hetmitage Sunset. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel which takes you to Sorrento town , so you can do your shopping and come back in time to have your dinner . The village behind the hotel is about 10 mins walk, and has some great local restaurants. You must visit Lo Stuzzichino for its seafood pasta. Pizzeria Buenos Aires and Di Mimi also serves fantastic Italian food. The desert shop next to the village church is also a must visit. If I come back to Sorrento, I will definitely stay here again. "

"The view of Sorrento Bay and Naples Bay were simply breathtaking! The staff were very nice and the food was excellent! I would highly recommend to pay the extra and get a Sea View room. The breakfast buffet was incredible!! While the hotel is about 20 minutes away from Sorrento, they did have a shuttle bus that does a round trip several times a day. I the shuttle doesn’t start until 830am so be mindful of the times of your tours. The front desk helped us with taxis to/from the Naples airport as well as arranging a tour for us which was very nice! The pool was so beautiful and very refreshing. It was very nice to stay in a place away from the hustle and bustle. "

"Beautiful property, beautiful suite. Staff are helpful communicative and used Whats App which was easy. Location is tricky to get to from Sorrento. Taxi is very expensive compared to big cities (€46 by the meter), so we used the public transit bus (€2, comes every 20min) when we did not have our luggage. Restaurant on site, Essenza, is a hidden gem. Pasquale (restaurant server) and Rovatiana (hotel reception) elevated our experience."
