"I booked several rooms for a group of seven friends and family! Even before we arrived the customer service was impeccable! They assisted me in booking excursions, room assignments and answering a plethora of questions I had before arrival! Once we arrived, they assisted us with all of our luggage (which was A LOT), they allowed us to check in very early and had our rooms available and near one another. They also allowed us to eat breakfast upon arrival! The rooms were clean, cute and exactly as stated when booking. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Not only did the rooms and amenities make the stay but so did the ENTIRE staff! The staff and their customer service was the highlight! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond! I definitely will be back sooner than later! "

"Relais Blu is a stunning hotel, the view from the terrace and the pool is breathtaking. The staff are all very welcoming, they are friendly and polite, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is very good, every choice you could wish for, all of a very high standard. The rooms are amazing, very large, all with beautiful views. "

"This stay has been the highlight of our trip! Valentina and family were so kind and welcoming. I must admit that the only frustration we had was the transportation to and from the property as it was at least 50 euro every time we wanted to come or go. It is not possible to walk to Sorrento and it is at the top of a winding steep road with switchbacks. The taxi drivers are crooks and would quote you one thing and charge you more. There is a bus that will get you to the bottom of the hill but you still would have to hike up and down the steep hill with all of your stuff which would be very difficult. It would be good if the property offered a one time shuttle into and back from Sorrento daily as the extra 100 euro a day was not anticipated. We had dinner at the property twice which was amazing and breakfast was delicious as well. The beds and pillows were not comfortable but we are used to softer beds and pillows. The scenery was possibly the most beautiful we have seen out of all of the places we have stayed in Europe and is such a hidden gem. "

"This is a beautiful property located about 20 mins drive from Sorrento. We lived at their charming old Sorrentine villa, which is a short walk away from the main building. It is quiet , spacious and have balconies overlooking the town below and the bay . You can enjoy the view of Mt Vesuvius across the bay , from the rooftop too.. Every single person working at the hotel - the reception desk , restaurants , Giovanni - our pick up driver and the lady at the bar - every one greets you with a smile on their face. The deck behind the bar, is a great place to enjoy the view with a glass of Hetmitage Sunset. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel which takes you to Sorrento town , so you can do your shopping and come back in time to have your dinner . The village behind the hotel is about 10 mins walk, and has some great local restaurants. You must visit Lo Stuzzichino for its seafood pasta. Pizzeria Buenos Aires and Di Mimi also serves fantastic Italian food. The desert shop next to the village church is also a must visit. If I come back to Sorrento, I will definitely stay here again. "
