"We had a great stay, only critique would be additional electrical outlets or electrical strips added. Didn’t seem to be a ton of electrical outlets. Otherwise such an amazing place, we will look to book exact same place in the future. "

"We loved the creek behind the house. There were so many beautiful flowers. (Watch out for bees!) The kids were able to catch salamanders and crawdads. The firepit by the creek is in a perfect location. The smoke even seems to naturally blow away from the hillside, so you can sit by the fire without smoke going in your face. The kitchen provided metal wire marshmallow roasting sticks (very helpful). The hot tub was clean and in great condition. There is a great waterfall hike up the road. Pulling out of the driveway on a blind curve is a bit scary. It's a good idea to pull out forward. The view from the master bedroom is stunning. You can sit on any of the decks to drink coffee during the crisp, cool mornings. "

"We had a great time with the cabin. The property owner has a phenomenal cleaning service linens were plentiful. Hummingbirds and a phenomenal creek behind the property says it all. Close enough to downtown Franklin. We even ordered pizza one night . grill was an excellent shape we cooked just an overall great experience"

"Great place. New listing so not much in the house for extras. Trash bags, paper towels, coffee things like that. Ran out or none at all, not convenient when the nearest store is 35 minutes away. Other than that a beautiful home."

"Every summer we take a week to go to the Carolina mountains. This was our first time to Franklin, NC and the cabin. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation. The cabin and the property are both amazing. The raging creek is right at the back doors and the sound and coolness from it will put you in total relaxation as soon as you arrive.We brought our 5 yr old dog and she loved roaming the property and swimming at the swimming hole. "This is a fantastic property! Clean, very well appointed, serene, and beautiful. The creek is fast flowing and fun for a quick plunge. Prompt and friendly service from the property manager and owner whenever we needed anything. Very reasonable owner when requests were made. I highly encourage you to reach out to Damien if you have any questions or concerns before or during your booking. The gas fireplace is super easy and enjoyable. The hot tub is terrific. We did two hiking trails nearby, one within walking distance and one only about a mile away. Both were beautiful and highly recommended. Both were in the guide provided which was very useful. Several whitewater rafting options are nearby, we did the Nantahala with Carolina Outfitters (self guided) and had a great time. It’s 45 minutes away but a beautiful drive up the same road the house is on and you're basically there. The only thing I didn't realize is that while the loft has two very comfy futons to sleep on, it is an area that others staying with you have to pass through. The two upstairs bedrooms and the bathroom are off of the loft area, so if someone sleeps there they need to be ok with that. It wasn’t a problem for us, just something to be aware of. "
