"We absolutely enjoyed the river setting and cabin ambiance. It’s private, quiet, and surrounded with bird song. The owner helps to flip your thinking from a hotel setting to your own home by having the guest responsible for light cleaning for the next guest. He’s able to reduce the fees and increase the value to the consumer by this method. Doing so is well worth it for the opportunity to stay here. We are grateful the owners are willing to share this cabin with us. We certainly plan to return in the future."

""We had a great stay at this cottage. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the lake and close to everything we needed. The cottage was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely updated while still feeling cozy and comfortable.One thing we really appreciated was the ample parking. We had trucks with trailers and had no issues with space, which can be hard to find at many cottage rentals.The owner was fantastic to deal with, providing excellent communication before and during our stay and making the whole process easy and stress-free.Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely book again.""

"Denise and Keith are great hosts! They were very easy to communicate with, responded fast, and gave clear instructions for check in and check out.We loved our stay at the Funk Frog cabin! Close to the lake, clean, cute cozy cabin vibes. Amenities were provided and we enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us. Would recommend this place & stay here again."

"First, I want to state that the staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. That being said, our first room had ants all over the floor, dead and alive. Our second room had the security flap engaged and we couldn't even get in. Our third (and final) room was clean. The furniture looked new and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, however, did not have hot water coming out of the sink faucet. I was told that they are in the middle of renovations."

"When we got to the office ar the Waters, we couldn’t find a soul in sight to get us checked in. We called multiple times, rang the ring doorbell multiple times… no response. Went to the bar across the road and they knew the owner and said he was sleeping. We went back over and sat in front of the room hoping he would greet, apologize, etc….he never even showed his face and made zero effort to honor the booking. Needless to say, we were Extremely disappointed with this booking that left us scrambling to find another place to stay on a Saturday afternoon."

"The house was wonderful! The girls had a great time with all the activities at the house. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so having the fun in the house was perfect. They were able to bond as a team and get some training in, plus have fun! Thank you for providing such a great spot for a great getaway! Saline Varsity Girls Soccer Team"
