"The front desk staff was very helpful on check in. We booked a king room with Expedia but it wasn't available on arrival. Apparently, there is a problem between Marriott and Expedia when handling some bookings where one does not communicate with the other.
However, the staff was quick to correct the problem by upgrading us to a double queen which was fine with us. Cheers to the front desk team at this property!"
"This hotel is one of the best low-key hotels I've ever stayed at. Very modern with simple decor. I absolutely love that the rooms had flooring rather than carpet. Every aspect of this property was extremely clean. The staff were so helpful and efficient. Check in and check out was an easy, seamless process. I will be looking for more Avid by IHG hotels in the future.
