  • Totally remodeled beach cottage with just a short 6 house walk to your own private beach. This home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and 3 zones of central air conditioning. In addition, the home has front and back outdoor sitting areas, ceiling fans, wireless internet, smart TV and a beautiful electric fireplace. This remodeled cottage is a pleasant reminder of Cape Cod of yesteryear, a time when once you entered, you knew you were on vacation. Life does not get much better than being this close to the ocean. Stroll to the anchor at the end of the beach street to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage while overlooking the ocean and listening to the crashing waves. Your family can enjoy a short walk to the community playground or the local Popponesset Marketplace that offers, ice cream, pizza, chowda, miniature golf, shopping and much more. Located at the Marketplace is the Raw Bar, voted best in New England for Lobster Rolls! Free live music concerts are enjoyed Thursday through Sunday evenings during the summer season where outside dancing is enjoyed by young and old. The Popponesset community is very friendly and ready for you to enjoy.
