Grill out on the private patio after a day on the private deeded beach, or stroll into Popponesset Marketplace to feast on lobster rolls and fresh seafood during your stay at this idyllic Cape Cod retreat.

The space
The cottage features a front and back patio (with a grill and outdoor seating for four) The open kitchen is directly connected to the open living room which features two pull out couches, dining for four, and chic beachy decor. Beyond the living room is the queen sized bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom which features two twin sized beds, an en suite bathroom, a two sunlights, and ocean views from the main window on a sunny day. All bedrooms have ample closet space, a dresser for extra clothing space, and A/C units. Outside of the space is a storage closet with beach chairs, fishing rods, etc.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all spaces in the cottage, including parking. There is one reserved parking spot in front of the entrance, and there is guest parking throughout for visitors (one directly of the opposite side of the cottage

No Pets. This is a private condominium community where pets are strictly permitted only for owners of the condominium.
