"House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. "We sincerely loved our stay at this property in Baveno! The guest house on their property is spacious and very well equipped. They even welcome you to enjoy their large garden. Angie and Alberto were such wonderful hosts greeting us at check-in with wine and pasta and even allowing us to stay an extra night when one member of our party fell ill. They even offered to order us dinner and take us to the train station! You could not feel more welcome then here!"
