Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas versteckt zwischen anderen Häusern und ist etwas dunkel. Wer es kühl, ruhig und zurückgezogen mag ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für die schöne und entspannte Zeit!"

You will feel comfortable immediately as the people associated with this little piece of heaven will treat you as family, not just a tagline they are the real thing. "The person managing this property was very invasive. Visiting my house multiple times per day as well as watching the cameras excessively. Made me feel very uncomfortable, the property is also very far from city centre (20 min walk) Would not stay here again."

"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"Die Wohnung liegt gut 20 Minuten zu fuss vom Zentrum. Es müsste einiges aufgefrischt werden. Im Doppelbett fehlte ein richtiges Duvet. In einem Schrank lag noch vergessene Kleidung von einem Gast. Die Küche ist nicht wirklich gut ausgerüstet. Es fehlt zb ein brauchbares Messer oder Weingläser. Anscheinend gibt es ein Heizgesetz so dass nicht geheizt werden durfte trotz Kälte. Das internet funktionierte am ersten Tag nicht. An einem Abend gab es plötzlich kein Wasser mehr. Der Schlüssel wurde...
