"A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!"

However some points which we were unaware of before our stay: only the downstairs bedroom, which I’d class as bedroom 3 had air con, no other part of the property had air con. The road leading to the property is single lane and twisty, encountering a vehicle coming the other way is a real problem. The property next door is being rebuilt , for the first 2 weekdays there was constant building noise, this was dealt with excellently...

"Lovely stay at this property right on the lake. The villa itself was spacious and gorgeous. We had 2 families.. 4 adults and 3 teens, and there was space left over for more people. The property had lovely views of the lake from the property and many of the rooms. We could have just stayed at the villa the whole time and been perfectly content with the views, the villa, and swimming in the lake. There were several good restaurants in walking distance.
