We did experience an issue with our room initially where it smelt quite humid, and we were later moved. The resort did not have any functions after 5pm at all other than host a private 5-year-olds birthday function for someone who was not a hotel guest. "Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
