"we travel to this hotel once a month when we visit Dad. We understand that the hotel is dated but it is always clean. This time the room they gave us, the toilet handle broke and the bathroom light went off. We had to pull the lever in the toilet tank for the toilet to flush. The light didn't work off and on. I was not happy with my stay this time. I talked the general manager in the morning. He said they would fixed it. I didn't get any compensation for my stay."

"Nice overall, strangers hanging around all night/day that were obviously not guests didn’t cause any issues but felt uncomfortable. Bathroom sink faucet loose and swiveled making difficult to turn on/off the water. Room was clean and staff pleasant"
