The staff were amazingly accommodating. While the rooms could do with refurbishing, the linens were clean, the view to the harbor refreshing. And finally, it’s the first time I think they’ve had to accommodate a Dungeons and Dragons online gaming session after restaurant hours which they did with humor, grace and a bit of rejigging of their cleaning schedule. Thanks so much!

This was the best stay on our two-week trip. The room was the biggest, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. And our host, Mick, was wonderful to talk to. Plus, we got to participate in Quiz Night! I was surprised to enter a B&B through the bar, but once I figured it out, that was fine, too. A most enjoyable evening and a great stay.

We really felt pampered here. Loved the area. Great if you’re a dog lover. Food was excellent and bar was warm and cozy.

Really enjoyed our stay at this modernized Victorian boutique hotel. Staff and owners were a major factor in making the stay so memorable. The updated property is immaculate, and has an excellent location in Keswick. Highly recommended as long as you don’t mind climbing stairs.

It was easy to find and had parking available for everyone it seemed. The location was good and it was easy to walk to downtown Keswick on the footpath. The breakfast was delicious and a good amount of food. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful and cozy house, aged but well maintained. The host is really kind and nice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast is fantastic. Kids love to play with the dog. Everything is wonderful, highly recommended.
