"This is a lovely hotel with larger rooms than most Ive seen in Spain and high ceilings. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Because this is a great location and convenient to many tourist spots, it's a high traffic area. Our room was very bright and loud. The blackout curtains didn't block the light. If you need darkness and silence, request a rear-facing room. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I could guarantee that."

"Our stay at Hotel Ciutadella was exceptional. The staff was always available and extremely helpful with suggestions for our daily plans and transportation needs. The rooms are clean and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is central to all of the main attractions but not in the busiest area which provided pretty quiet evenings.
