"Quite disappointed by comparison to other Axel hotels I had visited. There’s little information on the pool on the listing - it was closed in the second half of September (would be more helpful to list this where pool is mentioned in the listing). There’s little information bar is also closed (which is mentioned in the listing). So services were nowhere near as good as other Axel hotels I’ve been to. We also had a cleaner walk in at 8am on a Sunday despite having the Do Not Disturb sign up."
