"My partner was on crutches & just getting to the hostel was very difficult. We were booked in at a room which she literally could not get to. However, the staff were brilliant & swapped us to a room with easier access. She then phoned Whitby up and organised one of the new tents for us the next night.Both stays were brilliant,as we're the staff.Could not fault them in any way whatsoever. I'm 71,my partner is55,and neither of us can wait to take our next hosteling adventure!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Sands apartment. It was a nice area with lovely views looking out to north beach. We stayed in a duplex apartment on the ground floor and felt the bedrooms were a bit small and cramped. Not enough storage space eg.
