"I’ve stayed at three Sheraton hotels in Canada — twice in Vancouver and once in Calgary — and I never had any regrets, which is why I was so disappointed with the Sheraton in Saskatoon. We stayed for three nights and paid over $250 per night, yet there was no complimentary breakfast or parking. The lobby floor looked filthy, the carpets appeared unvacuumed, and the elevators were slow and dirty. The room was okay nothing special, a bit small. Unfortunately, the overall condition and service did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Sheraton hotels. We’ve decided that we will be booking a different hotel the next time we visit."
