"I never got to stay here, as it turned out that not only do they not have any front desk later in the evening, but they were also absolutely unwilling to do anything to help after I realized that my flight was arriving late and there would be no way for me to check in. They were unwilling to do anything to help, and simply suggested that I cancel my booking for the night, which was rather unhelpful, considering the fact that the only booking option available was non-refundable. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"This is such a great place to stay!! Yes it seems old but well taken care of. We had a canal view room with a balcony, it was a winner!! The room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful with the luggage. Breakfast wasnt too bad either, could be a bit better but still great. Had good variety but quality was a bit low. AC in the room could use a repair, at some points it wasnt cold. Wifi was great. Location was very convienent, right next to the train station which meant we didnt carry any luggage upany stairs. We walked everywhere from that location, lots to see."
