"It’s attached to the Mailbox Birmingham, including the parking beneath, so makes it convenient when driving there and close to almost everything great with the Birmingham city centre. Great service by the warm and friendly staff and liked that there was outdoor seating (limited) at the front with a view to some of the city. Great for that ice cold pint of beer!! :-) If and when I’m back in Birmingham, probably my first choice or among my preferred choices. Ah, Malmaison are also a pet friendly establishment too, if this helps. "

"You can easily walk across from Birmingham airport (rather than taking a taxi, 10 minute walk). Clean and comfortable place to sleep. I used the gym which was a well equipped hotel gym. Great for a business stay"

"There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. The hotel has been extended since I held a conference there about 30 years ago. It has a very recent new wing. It's very open and laid back, and the bedrooms are pretty much perfect. Scrupulously clean. The kitchen was always busy serving a great range of quality food at decent prices and breakfast was awesome. On top of that the staff, from reception, to the bar star, the driver of the shuttle bus to the airport, the cleaners, the chefs and dining room staff, were superb. Nothing was too much to ask. I'm not a very demanding customer. I suppose I have a standard - but 'm not pushy at all. I respect the staff. The staff here are highly motivated, highly efficient and actually seemed to enjoy their work. A massive credit to the hotel. "
