"The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. "Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. "We loved our stay at Mya Cottage. The place was clean, spacious, and tidy. It seemed like everything was thought of - things we didn’t think we’d need until we got there like tin foil were provided. The owners were lovely, the check in and out process was easy. The showers were good, and it was in a little gated community which we really liked. Nothing bad to report! Would stay again!"

"The property was absolutely freezing. It felt like the heating hadn't been on for ages and after we switched it on it never really got to a suitable temperature. We have a small child so travel with a thermometer and after the heating had been on for forty minutes the temperature in the front bedroom was only 7°C. Terrible night's sleep due to the temperature. Also dirty in places."

"We spent a lovely bank holiday weekend at Fletcher's Hall. It was clean, the dogs enjoyed running around the fields, the kids enjoyed the games room, hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fletcher's Hall is positioned in quiet surroundings with easy access to Lytham and Blackpool."

"We stayed here for a week during May 2023. The Bungalow was a great location for us. Peace and quiet when we wanted it and close to Blackpool and other seaside locations when we wanted them. The Bungalow was clean, safe and perfect for our break. The owner was quick in communication and friendly throughout the booking process and the actual stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay in bramble brook cottage. The cottage is brand new and really nicely done it well deserves its 5 star rating. It’s amazing to find somewhere so nice that accepts pets. Beds are large and super comfortable.The area is perfect for walks and we ate out at some truly fabulous places. The Kids are bugging us already about staying again soon."

"Tidy inside, save for the odd spider that needed to be dealt with. Recent renovations were good. Lots of cutlery, dishes and kitchen appliances made food prep easy. Parking was tight but there was always a spot out front. Thanks for the stay."

"Decent little apartment, clean, comfortable. Perfectly good for a couple of days stay. You've got to bring everything except salt and pepper if you want to cook, but everything seemed to work OK. Managed to time our arrival for the exact moment the local farmers were muck spreading, which made the first afternoon a bit unpleasant on the nostrils, but that's hardly the venue's fault. "

Had a nice stay but receptionist was rude
"The place is beautiful and the rooms are nice. However, I didn't not like behaviour of one receptionist at front desk. I just asked whether is there any lake view room available. She started with rudely telling no we are full and then she started telling, we have members who pays a lot of money so we give them those room first, and you just booked the room 10 days before. Our members have booked a year before. Well I didn't want that information with so much rudeness and arrogance, a simple no would have worked. On top of that, heater was not working in the main bedroom which we realised in night. after informing it reception they gave a spare electric heater and told it will be fixed next day morning. However, it was not fixed till we left the place which means for next 3 days. Apart from these I have really enjoyed my stay."
