"This was a last minute booking for me but very happy with everything. I received a courtesy call call to advise of the check in procedure. Was welcomed on arrival and everything I needed to know was explained very clearly. Lovely new bar(not currently open 7 days a week) with a great selection of Craft Beers"

"A bargain stay in Blackpool for a sporting fixture in the middle of Wintwr. A warm room courtesy of an electric heater and extra bedding. Very helpful and friendly owners. A good breakfast all you need. A great position near a tram stop. Blackpool Hotels mainly shut for the winter, in a competitive market like many places could do with some updating. I would return."

"After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? The shared bathroom, toilet paperless, was dingy and poorly lit. Some photoshop trickery must have been used for the pics of the place. "It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. "
