What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel. "The night we arrived the power was out to the whole area including the hotel, though no fault of their own, and they had generator power, the air conditioning was not working on generator power.
