Was looking for a quiet room for the night & this was definitely a good place to stay. Room was clean including towels, bedding, as well as the appliances. Everything worked as it should and staff was pleasant.

Hard To Leave❤️

Absolutely the most kindest family oriented motel owners I have ever met! Now being under new ownership they have really changed this place for the better! Thank you all for making this stay comfortable and safe!! They are very pet friendly which I appreciate so so much!!

The owners of this motel have been absolutely wonderful!! They are caring, family-oriented people & that to me is the most important role of any establishment! Also, recently put up a few lil Christmas trees with beautiful lights for the guest to enjoy! Very spacious room at a very affordable price! Only area I see to this motel as far as a downside is that the rooms could use some updating, meaning appliances and ac units as well as a little cleaner. Out of 5 stars overall rating I give them a 4 Thank you Americas Best Value for being a comfortable and safe place to stay

Inexpensive, yet you feel that.

Walls seriously needed to be cleaned in the bathroom. Room was abnormally humid. Air in room was stale. Entire 2nd floor didn't smell fresh. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. TV was nice. Inexpensive stay, but cleaning the bathroom walls and fresh air is cheap too. Have to come back to town again next week. Staying somewhere else.

STAY AWAY

Terrible place -- would not recommend, The room was FILTHY to the point that if you walked around without shoes, the floors were sticky -- It didn't smell good either. Housekeeping was nowhere to be around, unless they know you are in the room, then they just opened the door and come in and just change towels.... This was at 7am as we slept in the room.

Dirty towels is unacceptable. We had to go buy towels. Property had a horrible smell all around. Room was none smoking but lingering smoke and nasty smell still could be left in the room. Decent price but unfortunately would pay more for decent quality.

Inexpensive. You get what you pay for, so the saying goes. Property is very run down and dirty looking. Expedia gave the wrong directions so difficult to find and property manager didn’t answer the phone. No soap or coffee in the room upon arrival but staff did bring it after we requested but very late at night and we were asleep when they pounded on the door scaring us. The place needs a lot of renovation .

There was a puddle of water on the floor in front of the refrigerator as soon as we walked in. I reserved a smoking room, no ash tray, i had to turn the water on to the toilet in order to flush it. The hallways were horribly dirty. Hallway trash cans overflowing. There was no number to identify the room. The tv remote didnt work. Beds were extremely comfortable though. And the AC worked really well.

Awful

The photos listed are no where what you get. It smells awful throughout the entire building. My bathroom smelled like urine. The bed had hair all over it. And there was no deadbolt lock. The door was hard to open and close. Just overall not worth it. We left shortly after.

You get what you pay for.

Bed ,bath ,floors were clean. The hotel itself is old and run-down and needs some spruce up maintenance. The walls are dirty in the hallway and ours had big red stains on it ...wasn't blood but that's what it look like. All the windows in the lobby were grimy and nasty and dirty. No breakfast but we already knew that. Very cheap price and was priced correctly for what you get.

This hotel was rather run down, but was well priced and fit my budget and where I wanted to be for the night. For those on a tight budget this is a good place. The rooms are large.
