"We booked two nights. We stayed at our friends house first night. We stayed in the room second night. We did not have the towels for the faces, only two baths towels. The front desk persons are friendly and helpful 👍. It’s a convenient next to the train station👍. Thanks 🙏"

"I expected better from a Japanese hotel..Japanese staff were not friendly...general service from reception was luke warm.understanding of English was poor.mainly they have bathtubs and v small bathrooms .not good for people with mobility issues. The station is not that close .when have to climb 50 ..."
