"I have stayed in many properties and have four myself, I have never before experienced such a hostile attitude to ' if the place isn't perfect at the end, you will be in trouble'. The only welcome was a long list of where all the cleaning materials were and what state the property should be in to get your deposit back. I was told it was a 10 minute walk to the main centre - not true, it is 1.6km, so double that, No internet, and no interest in offering to help if you needed it briefly for...

"Great fun for kids, amazing aqua park, though only open in the summer there is also a very nice public pool opposite with slides that is free for guest. Only negative was dining outings limited, especially healthy eating."

"It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. Un Acceuil exécrable du responsable de cette établissement que je déconseille vivement !! Le message est passé au cap agde . "
