- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful spacious vacation home for families with a big swimming pool, garden and very large social spaces.
This holiday home is perfect to enjoy with the family, it has a games room with a pool table, table football and darts board, a table tennis on the terrace and has different very cozy rooms. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with a beautiful functional kitchen leading to a spacious outside terrace with the garden and pool.
The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living room also have ceiling fans.
It is located in a beautiful urbanization just five minutes away from the supermarket and very close to the urban center of Marratxi, full of services and with a train station. Without a doubt, it is the perfect house for a fun and family stay :)

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Great place with peace and privacy. Well equipped and spacious living spaces. Flexible check in / out with outstanding responsiveness from the host.

The house was beautiful indeed, even tho it was hot, the ceiling fans kept us cool. Plenty of space for everyone, a huge pool and lovely lemon trees. The supermarket was right around the corner and we loved our stay there and would come back :)

Die Finca ist sehr geräumig und schön. Sie ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Spielplätze und ein Biomarkt sowie Shoppingcenter. Man ist innerhalb von 30 Minuten fast überall auf der Insel. Bei Anreise und Abreise verlief alles gut und unproblematisch. Im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle Finca in ruhiger und zentraler Lage auf der Insel. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, schöne Ausstattung, Betten sind mit 1,50m ok. Die Matratzen waren auch bequem. Es gibt nur in einem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage aber überall Ventilatoren, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist schön und das Haus wirklich gepflegt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus empfehlen! Man braucht allerdings ein Auto!

Schöne Finca mit toller Ausstattung. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit vielen extras (Saftpresse, Sandwichmaker, etc.), man kann also ohne Probleme gut kochen :) Die Finca ist, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, sehr großzügig geschnitten, es gibt einen großen Außenbereich und alles war sehr gepflegt. Klare Empfehlung!

Es gibt nicht sehr viele Unterkünfte, bei denen die Fotos zu 100% der Realität entsprechen. Eine wunderschöne Villa und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Der Pool wurde zwei Mal gereinigt, der Check-In vom feinsten und der Unterhaltungsfaktor durch Darts, Billiard, Kicker, Tischtennis, Basketball und Poolnetz+Ball einfach spitze. Das einzige was ein wenig gestört hat, waren die vielen Schnaken, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts.

Schöne Finka, gute Preis-Leistung. Hier kann man Zeit verbringen, ohne sich zu langweilen. Basketballkorb, Tischtennis, Dart, Billiard, Kicker. Große Räume insbesondere Küche-Wohn-Esszimmer. Lage der Finka in einem Wohngebiet. Supermarkt und 2 Restaurant ca. 400m.

**" living outdoors" -The rental agent Alfredo told us the house was built to "live outdoors". He was not kidding. The ground floor has a large kitchen with large windows that open wide, a dining area, two sitting areas and wide floor space leading to a glass door that bring you onto the patio and pool. The patio has a sitting area and a dining table. You can leave the large windows in the kitchen open and the large sliding door to the patio and it integrates beautifully. Sure enough , a great place to spend time and that is where we were a great deal of the time. **Have to mention Alfredo was super nice and informative. **Personally I loved the surroundings of the house , the ground layout was great if you are thinking of spending more time in the house. We felt at home. **There is a supermarket close, you can even walk to it. Would be about 3-4 blocks. **We arrive during a time of a local festival. We hardly had time to attend which we could have by simply walking. So this adds to the interest of this location if you are traveling in June. **It was a great base for visiting other locations further out, close to the main roads and highway. **Restaurants close by. **Quite and safe neighborhood. At least that is how we experienced it. Great for going out for walks. **The kitchen is well stacked. You will find lots of entertainment as there is a a game room. They have pool floats and all. **short drive to Palma center. Did I say the outdoor patio and pool area are great ?
