Sumptuous fully staffed holiday villa with private pool

Our Marrakech home is a spacious villa which we spent 3 years carefully restoring in a sumptuous yet comfortable Moroccan style, having fallen in love with the setting. The house sits in established gardens of just over 1 hectare, among an olive grove, with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees, flowerbeds full of roses and palms. There is a large swimming pool, and several terraces which provide views of the snow-capped Atlas mountains. The house is in a rural area but only 20 minutes from both the medina and airport. The villa is fully staffed, with a maid, two gardeners, and a cook who can prepare fresh local food daily. She can even go to the shops before you arrive to pick up food for your stay (at cost) to make it a proper holiday...We can also provide an English speaking driver to pick you up at the airport and look after you for the duration of your holiday if you wish. Inside there are 4 bedrooms, a large salon with two seating areas and a big fireplace, a dining room, also with fireplace and a separate TV/games room. All the bedrooms are ensuite and have luxury bedding, and private balconies, and all the bathrooms have showers and baths. Upstairs there is also a separate large roof terrace with sofas and cushions and views over the garden and Atlas mountains. Outside is a large terrace, with a dining table and seating facing a Moroccan tiled fountain, and in the gardens are several separate seating areas organised to capture the best sun! The house & gardens are well set up for children, with a trampoline, table tennis, swings and a gated swimming pool. The nearest golf course is 5 minutes away. The house also comes with a dedicated fibre line for super fast and reliable WiFi internet.

Perfect for our family

The villa is gorgeous, spacious and perfect for a family vacation. Accurate listing, extremely clean, organized and well decorated. The staff was outstanding, polite and very sweet. Our kids loved them and miss everybody already. Chris, the owner, was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process and a valuable help in making our Moroccan vacation unforgettable. Highly recommend it!

An Oasis

There were 5 of us on this trip - 4 adults and one child and we stayed one week in February at the villa. The photos do not do justice to the space - it is an incredible oasis away from the buzz of the city. We have ask Chris to put us in touch with the local driver (Cherif) who was lovely and took us in and out of the city and on a day trip. In terms of costs we found this pricey and probably would not do it again (we paid over £500 for him). The people who look after the villa were really nice and the food was absolutely incredible. Again we had two out of three meals in the villa each day as the ladies took wonderful care of us and every meal they prepared were outstanding. The villa itself is quite cold so the fire they lit in the huge living room was welcome and we did need to use the air con to warm the rooms for night time. The rooms are all spacious and big and there was no shortage of wardrobes. The four reasons we cannot give 5 stars for this villa are as follows: - the pool really needs TLC. The grills around the pool are broken in many places, the pool itself was not clean to say the least. The cover must be replaced as it’s flakes are all over the water and the pool heating is poor. We paid for the whole week for pool heating and it was still not warm enough by day 6 to be enjoyed, so this all in all was a big letdown for all of us. - the WiFi- it only works in the big living room and on the terrace. It was mentioned that there is fibre, but we think this could do with more routers or access points. We all had to do a bit of work during the week and this caused some stress. - the TV room - outdated, no accessible channels and a bit hidden away from the main living space. It’s a good idea, but it needs an update. - there seems to be no hot water in the evenings, so make sure you showers/ bathed by 6:00pm We are very grateful for having had the opportunity in this villa and if the above are no issues to you then you will love the calm oasis this villa provides and the ladies will take an amazing care of you!

Fantastic holiday villa

We spent a week (two families). It was out base for local day trips to various attractions. Villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay - pool, huge garden space, large bedrooms plus the staff there is very professional and helpful. Food cooked by the chef was fantastic as well as the overall service. The only weakness is the location - the villa is situated a bit far from the city centre - you need to book a taxi or have a rented car to go to the centre of Marrakesh or other attractions however if you just need a place to relax then it is the proper place.

Séjour exceptionnel a Villa Fadilah

La maison est a environ 25 minutes de Marrakech.Tres belle maison bien entretenue avec un magnifique jardin et une tres grande piscine . Kadihja est une cuisinière hors pair .Aicha est souriante et a repondu a toutes nos attentes. Je recommande ce sejour si vous tenez a séjourner loin de l agitation de Marrakech. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir en famille ou avec des amis.

Villa de rêve!

Magnifique séjour en famille dans une villa spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est très grand, bien entretenu, et très bien arboré. Il offre la fraîcheur nécessaire au climat de Marrakech au mois d’août. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. La piscine est grande et conforme aux photos. Merci au propriétaire pour la réactivité dans nos échanges pour préparer le séjour et merci au personnel pour son accompagnement pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement.

Splendide

La villa est vraiment splendide et même mieux que sur les photos. L'architecture, l'immense jardin, la fontaine, la piscine, tout est fabuleux. Les chambres sont grandes et très bien équipées. Très bonne literie et propreté irréprochable. La suite est juste merveilleuse. Nombreuses terrasses. Dépaysement au rendez vous. Le personnel est discret et très professionnel. Une mention spéciale à la cuisine de Khadija qui est juste succulente. Pour finir la communication avec Chris a été nickel, très disponible. A refaire sans la moindre hésitation.

Superbe villa où nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

La villa est un peu compliquée à trouver mais elle mérite cet effort. Les jardins sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. La maison est très agréable et très bien décorée. Aïcha et Khadija sont très discrètes et toujours très serviables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Amazing !

Superbe villa. Les photos sont tout à fait en accord avec la réalité. La villa est très grande, très agréable à vivre. Il y a la clim/chauffage dans toute les pièces. La WIFI est de la VRAIE WIFI, contrairement à d’autres villas ! La piscine est chauffée en hiver, ce qui ne se fait pas ailleurs. Il y a deux cuisinières et deux jardiniers aux petits soins. Vraiment très bien. La villa se situe à 20 minutes du centre de Marrakech, c'est sans doute ce qui explique qu'elle est moins chère que d'autres. Et elle est du coup plus au calme. La route se fait très bien tous les jours, sans bouchons. 1 hectare et demi de jardin. Très bons souvenirs pour nous. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr ! Anthony
