"The cottage was compact but had everything required for two couples. The garden was fabulous and the outside living area was great ideal for relaxing. Location in small village but had a good restaurant within 200 meters."

"The gite was tastefully decorated and had all the equipment you need. We visited in a heat wave and the gite was nice and cool and a has a huge bathroom / walk in shower. Lovely terrace outside which gives privacy from neighbours. Matthieu lives opposite and was on hand for anything we needed but not at all intrusive. Also lots of lovely forests nearby to walk or cycle in and it's near enough to the German border to easily have a day in Germany."

Her knowledge of the area and the information she provided enabled us to take advantage of local activities and Vosges walks. The accommodation was spacious, well equipped and thoroughly cleaned. We enjoyed a very comfortable week there."

"The gite has been tastefully decorated, is very well equipped, comfortable, spacious for 4 people and is in a great location. We had fresh pastries delivered to start the day; petanque, shooting hoops and wine on the terrace to end the day. Matthieu gave us many great recommendations for wine, restaurants, walking/cycling itineraries. We had a very relaxing, fun few days, thank you."

"Accueil très chaleureux par nos hôtes. Le gîte est spacieux et confortable. Le réa de chaussée reste bien frais même en cas de grande chaleur, ce qui est également très appréciable. "Really nice location with a great view. Some utilities upgrade would be welcomed - iron board but no iron. No large knives, just three tiny ones to cut (good luck with Watermon). Swimming pool amazing and clean. Pascale very welcoming. Badminton racquets could also be replaced, as all had snapped strings. Not too far away from Vin de Alsace route - half an hour drive.."

The views of the deer each morning are delightful and Twix and Bounty (sheep which look like goats in the field) are lovely and will delight your children. M, and Mme Burger were very welcoming and hospitable and made every effort to make sure we had all information we needed. We can't speak too highly of this property - probably the best we have ever had , and not expensive. Ideal place...
