"It was an awesome place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - and made a great breakfast - like blueberry pancakes with maple syrup. The location itself is very interesting an (I think) 12- or 16- sided cordwood house - very unique. Both the house&rooms as well as the garden were impeccably well-maintained. Would highly recommend."

"Everything was amazing. The cottage was beautiful inside and out with all the amenities you could need to have a perfect stay. Jen was great with communicating everything and getting back to me with answers to any questions I had. The lake was beautiful and very fun for the kids to go swimming or fishing. The family is already talking about going back again next year!!"

"Our cottage was reasonably clean. It is rustic but we enjoyed our stay. The 3 queen beds were comfortable and nice pillows provided. Staff answered very quickly when I texted them. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and utensils. Pool was very nice and location of cottage so close to the river was nice for fishing and kayaking and was beautiful! We enjoyed bonfires and barbecues. It is close enough to Campbellford to go on an outing and hike across the suspension foot bridge and get donuts from Doohers bakery. Cottage could use a bit of repair of the air conditioner and the door. Hopefully they will do that and make it 5 star."

"The room was very clean and cozy, great mattress. Bathroom was modern, nice deep tub. Dinner was really tasty (had burger and fries.) Staff were friendly and accommodating. I am coming back again."

"This was our second time here because we loved it so much. Plenty of boats and water activities, the lake access is great - a sandy spot, but also a dock with ladder and diving board. The space is private enough but not isolated. The cottage is beautiful, safe-feeling and well-kept. Big enough for our two families, but small enough to feel cozy."
