"Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included. The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served. They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails. Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly. Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens. My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean. I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family. "

All the staff made it a top priority to make sure our anniversary was made extra special and provided us with multiple specially curated things to ensure this. The room was very clean and spacious. "Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. I would say maybe just have some ramps for prams to rooms but we didn’t mind lifting it up the few steps we had to. All in all this was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!"
