This property was fantastic...it was spotless,the rooms were big enough for 2 ppl never felt cramped....air conditioner was great...close to to the harbour and central of Kos town...breakfast was great a traditional continental breakfast with the beautiful greek yoghurt....

This is a lovely hotel. Perfect for a stop-over for the port or airport. The staff were welcoming & friendly, the bed was comfy & the room was clean, with a nice view from the small balcony. The breakfast was delicious. Great value for money, too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I felt at home. The hotel was clean, had a traditional style with a calm atmosphere. The highlight was the location in the town of Kos. Staff were all so friendly, welcoming and glad to help. This was my first time in Kos, and this would be my first choice for accommodation for any future trips.

The 2 holland women are very kind and funny. The hotel is very near to old town port and city beach. We went to astipalea for 2 days and they also kept our big luggages. Advisedddd!!!!

Small property, close to center of town. Older building, very clean, very safe. Two stories (levels) no elevator. Small basic rooms, firm mattresses, decent size bathrooms . Good for the price.

Staff friendly and helpful. Only 10 minute walk to harbour. Bed and bathroom clean and comfortable, but room smelt a bit fusty and floor was gritty/dusty. No lift, so had to carry case up two floors. Suited us for a cheap one night stay before catching ferry and night before flight. Overall, hotel was in need of updating.

Hotel is clean but a bit outdated in its decor. Our bathroom was very small & felt a bot claustrophobic. However the staff were brilliant, very friendly & helpful. They allowed us to check in early on arrival & offered us the use of a shower at the end of the day before we had to take the ferry back

Lovely people just sadly very very dated absolutely spotless but no lift and felt like i had got a time machine back to1960s Plus its says pool on your site but no pool staff were lovely and very understanding of my problem with the stairs

Personale gentilissimo, la stanza minimale ma alla fine era presente tutto il necessario. I letti sono grandi e comodi e la pulizia/cambio lenzuola viene effettuata ogni giorno. Ci hanno permesso di depositare i bagagli dopo il check out per tutto il giorno, con la possibilità anche di fare una doccia.

Vicinissima al porto di Kos e a circa 15 minuti dalla spiaggia. I proprietari sono molto gentili. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia prima di partire, nonostante avessimo fatto il check out. La struttura è semplice, pulita ma senza troppi fronzoli. Ottima soluzione per chi usa l'hotel solo per riposare.

A very clean town hotel, overlooking other hotel rooms as we had a room at the back (20) A good shower and comfy bed. The staff were very friendly, at reception and at breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful. Definitely recommend. We only stayed 1 night, if were were there longer a room on the front would have been better.
