We had a great stay with no issues. The staff were very pleasant at every encounter. My son loved the Omni kid activity bag they gave him and the WiFi worked well for him.

Overall our stay was great and will be back next year! Negatives I want to point out were some pink mold on shower grout, weird unpleasant smell from one of the bedroom air conditioning units(we had a 2 bedroom suite) and beds could be more comfortable.
The good things were very well kept hotel recently renovated, smelled wonderful except room AC, indoor pool, great staff, great breakfast, and good location. Really was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

We didn’t even need to rent a car except the day we drove to Niagara Falls and even the car rental place was within walking distance. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and kitchen utensils. The hotel is as you would expect - nice, clean, new, etc. The extra special part was the staff. As one example, we arrived very early off a red eye, and thought we'd see if a room was available (though we didn't expect it would be or we would be charged an extra amount). The clerk was very friendly, and quickly got us our room, without any question or additional charge. It was a very nice touch, and would make us stay at the hotel again.
