"The staff that helped assist check in at the front desk were very kind. Parking is hard to find/costly so I do not recommend driving during your visit. Room was cleaned and had decent ammenities, not a huge amount of space but very comfortable bed. Ammenities were okay, usually a long line for the restaurant on the main floor and the menu was a bit limited, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants available nearby. Very good stay overall, and a warm cookie when you check in to boot!! :)"

"Very large and clean room. Excellent value for money. Ate at the steak house in the casino. Food was excellent, service was not great. Would stay again if in that part of Toronto to shop at Vaughn mills or go to a concert."

"Loved this hotel. Once you figure out the parking (you have to park under the mall) the hotel is on the 12th floor (which is different but cool). The elevators are super fast. Never waited for them at all. The room was beautiful..we were upgraded to a suite. The kitchen would be more useful if there were actually anything to use in it, but we didn’t need it anyway. I think you have to ask if you plan on using it for cooking. Overall recommend this hotel. As for the location, I think it’s great. But we picked it for its proximity to Sunnybrooke hospital"
