"The room was exactly as described on the website. Everything was very clean and tidy. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom. Bexhilll at sea is near Hastings. We enjoyed our short stay very much."

"Host Deb was friendly but this did not compensate for a room and house that smelt stale- a mix of dog and cigarette smoke. Keeping the windows open meant lots of noise from the busy road. Shower tray was blocked. Doesn't offer actual breakfast (as advertised) but was offered some toast. Generally poor experience."
