Full of period features and although we only stayed for one night we did have a chance to stroll around the farm and surrounding area. Superb full english breakfast featuring a lot of produce sourced on the farm. A perfect place to stay to access all nearby countryside and amenities."

"The building is about 500 yrs old so if you arelooking for a modern room look elsewhere also if you are a large person try another property it is a room above a pub. Very clean, comfy bed great tv and wifi service i loved ot and would return "

"We enjoyed the setting on a quiet street, the kindness of the hosts, and the comfortable accommodations. A simple and very adequate buffet breakfast was available for an extra fee, which worked for us. There was the offer of a more elaborate breakfast as well (eggs, etc).Enjoyed a friendly chat w host Brian during breakfast. We could easily return to Cranston House!"
