"This property was such a breakthrough for our family reunion! From little children to teens to adults, there was something for everyone. The house is spacious in an unusual sort of way that allows groupings of people to not be right on top of each other. The property is absolutely beautiful! The fountains, the Lakeview, the floating dock with the boat marina access is amazing. You will not be disappointed with the care and the hospitality."

"The bedding seemed dirty as there was someone else's hair on it upon arrival The housekeeping was spotty. Didn't replace the dirty towels or empty the trashcans daily. It was one or the other. The floor squeaked really loud when me or the people in the rooms next to me walked around. Was loud enough to get woke up by it in the middle of the night. No in room coffee pot or iron."

"Overall good experience. I travel to see family same time every year and usually stay here. Rooms are clean. Very quiet, My only recommendation is throwing out some more breakfast options. The muffins and bagels were stale. No I didn’t report that but I moved on to just having an apple. Overall would stay again as it was reasonably priced"

"While visiting Illinois for a family reunion, we were fortunate to find this terrific property right on Lake of Egypt. Plenty of room to relax both in the house and out on the wide deck, firepit and boat dock. The beds were very comfortable, towels fluffy and the kitchen had everything we could've ask for in utensils, pots, pans, bowls etc. Had a little trouble with the lock box on the door and undercover lights in the kitchen but the owners were very responsive to texts. We can highly recommend and hope to stay there again!"
