"We attended a concert that was in the sane complex as the hotel. Made it convenient to walk to the concert from our room. Parking was convenient as well. We parked across the street in the parking garage."

We also had occasion to deal with an irate customer and turn him away (some sort of prior incident during a stay - was kept confidential). We were witness to this only because he was so rude and drove off very dangerously."
