Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work. Had to walk back to reception and was gives a card this time. Washing machine didn't work. Had to wash clothes by hand....

"Bueno nada mas llegar ,meto la llave en la puerta y abro , para mi sorpresa ya no puedo sacar la llave tiene que venir un cerrajero , la puerta estaba forzada como si hubiesen intentado ocuparlo. La barandilla del balcon un peligro , una de ellas se movia, no te das cuenta y te vas para abajo. Una de las camas individuales la estructura de la cama rota y no se preocupan ni en cambiarla."
