"It was the worst worst experience I have ever! And I travel a lot. Communication with "Hotels" is very, very bad, to say - impossible. Apartment description was not full at all. We didn't expect that we have to pay additional 37 euro for the towels and sheets! At the office we were debited with 120 euro - for deposit! "Nice family oriented hotel, 5 min walk from the beach. Good set of swimming pools. However they can be a bit noisy at times as there is a constant schedule of activities & music. The breakfast buffet had good choices and variety. The only negative was that my room was in the 7th floor but the lift only services to floor 6th. I would have like to know this in advance Staff was helpful and polite. The parking has an extra cost per day."
