"The elevator wasn't working and when checking in, they didn't have a restroom in the lobby. My room was on the other side of the building and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs in order to use a bathroom. But otherwise it was a decent place to stay."

"First off, the check-in process with our concierge was wonderful. She was very polite. The lobby area was clean and you can also smell the cleanliness, which was consistent throughout the hotel. Complimentary Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but wish it was warmer for it being a heated pool. Our room was great with all of the amenities. We had a handicap accessible room. Only complaint was the air conditioner had a high pitch whistling when set on high. The room was quiet, clean, and overall, great quality hotel."

"I had an excellent stay at Extended Stay America and couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for an extended stay. Having a kitchenette was a huge bonus and made my stay much more convenient. The property was quiet, safe, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. What stood out the most was the customer service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear they take pride in providing a positive experience for their guests. looking for a clean pl e this is it"
