Hotel Riu Vallarta - All Inclusive

"The property was beautiful everything was clean, swim up bar the water was warm every time, the buffet was good with lots of choices and the restaurants were all good except the Asian restaurant was my least favorite and the steak house was excellent. The overall stay was amazing the only draw back they only played Hispanic music and all the shows were in Spanish so I didn’t understand anything so there was no entertainment for myself and the people I travelled with. I know we are in Puerto Vallarta but some kind of consideration of other music as well to accommodate all guest. I unfortunately I would not recommend to stay there unless you can speak and understand Spanish"

"I definitely would come back here. Note the drinks are not so great so tell them what you want and watch. Staff are super friendly and helpful. If they don’t speak English they try to still help or get someone. Elizabeth checked me in and she’s a superstar. The room in Dreams preferred was great and there were very minor things that I’d want improved but nothing worth a “complaint” about. Come and see the place yourself!!! So many wonderful open areas to lounge as well"
