"The hotel is at a central location near excellent public transportation. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic every day. The room is nicely renovated but the carpet should probably be replaced. The bathroom is a little bit tight but that is expected for a big city hotel. We were surprised that the two double beds were right next to each other with no space in between"

"The hotel was very close to public transportation. There were many coffee shops and stores close by. It was within walking distance to many plazas and historical sights. The welcome drink was a treat. The flavoured water was welcoming. We received a €10 gift card for not having our rooms cleaned and enjoyed a few beverages at the very nice bar. The employees were very welcoming and kind. Thanks for a great stay."

"We had 2 rooms here for 2 nights during Oktoberfest and this hotel was within perfect walking distance. It's also a nice walking distance from the famous Marienplatz with lots of shopping and food. This hotel is on a very busy street with a lot of activity all hours of the day although it did not bother us. (Reminder that our stay was also during Oktoberfest, so it may not always be that busy.) The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, there was a nice variety for breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable. There is a parking garage close, which worked well. The rooms we were in both had all single beds, which was perfect for our mixed group. Overall, it worked well for us and I would stay here again."

"We frequent Oktoberfest and this is our favorite place to stay with our friends. Tim, the concierge, is the best and will make sure your trip is special and memorable. Breakfast is perfection and the Falk bar is a lovely place to jump into the festivities donning your tracht. Location is perfect, just across from Lodenfrey in case you need to get the latest dirndl fashion, walking to all that Munich has to offer. We look forward to returning"
