"Resort was beautiful! Staff for the most part was so friendly and helpful. Pools were amazing. Short walk to the beach. Views were breathtaking. Shout out to Jessica in Client Services. She was the nicest, most helpful staff on site. If you have any issues she will help you quickly. My only problem was on the first day we called the front desk to let them know that the bathroom sink was broke and was not draining. We called the front desk three times. No one came. Finally three hours later a maintenance man called our room saying he was sent to the wrong room and wanted to know the problem… we explained and he said he would be up shortly… 6 hours later no one came. We went to the front desk to speak to someone. They acted real annoyed and ensured us someone would come…. No one ever came. No one ever called. I finally caved and YouTubed how to ride the sink myself and handled it myself 4 months pregnant on my first night of my honeymoon… After hearing about this experience, Jessica helped us only by chance because we met her at the pool. If it wasn’t for her I would probably rate lower on staff and facilities. The shower definitely had sign of mold and need re-caulking. The pools prob could be drained, deep cleaned and painted. Beside the Shorebird the food was mediocre for the prices. Luna Mar was the second best. But would recommend going into the city for food. Or to Bouy Haus for Isla Blue (which is pricy but def worth it). I would still rate this 9/10 experience. "

"The property has a wonderful view of the ocean and the rooms are beautifully appointed and clean. The bar/restaurant on premises had great food. And having a place to grab breakfast was also convenient."

"We loved this place! Only issues we had was the TV remote struggled at times and a lock was not working on the sliding door but we had a work around for that. The beach was awesome and The Patio restaurant fantastic. Snorkeling here is very cool. Many different fish to see, as well as sea turtles and other ocean creatures. Staff was very nice / professional and helped us right away if needed!"

"Shaun at the front desk started our weekend off with excellent customer service. Tevind was there to pick us up like VIP and take us to the front desk. Our view of the city and bay was amazing day and night. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate this is a landmark site. "

"Very quiet location. I have been to St Thomas multiple times. This is my first time staying here despite knowing of this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when i got to my room. Overall, a great experience and i willbe booking a room here when i get back in December. "
